Human resource management is a multi-faceted discipline that encompasses a variety of subjects. Our curriculum covers them all - with courses that are as enlightening as they are enjoyable. You'll learn about recruitment, training, career development, human relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, employment law, organizational behavior, psychology, communications, ethics, basic accounting, business correspondence and more.
The Associate Degree Program in Human Resource Management is comprised of twenty comprehensive courses with clear, logical lessons. They are easy to follow, yet challenging and stimulating at the same time. Each lesson begins with a subject matter preview and objectives, and an introductory note from your instructor.
In various businesses, organizations and government agencies, human resource managers are put in charge of one or more of the following responsibilities:
